Cake Time
So I haven’t been making too many cakes lately…which kinda sucks because I really do enjoy making cakes. Of course, if I were actually making money off of them that would make it even better, but being able to do at least something that I enjoy is really nice. This was Kelyn’s birthday cake and I’m probably happier with how this cake turned out than probably any other cake I’ve made so far. Plus, this was probably the most fun I’ve had making a cake because Patrick was helping me out with it. Having someone to talk to while working makes cake making even more fun…usually I work in the kitchen for about 10 hours straight without saying anything (unless I’m talking to myself…which as Patrick can tell you, happens a lot). Hopefully, I’ll get to make a few more cakes for people before I move…
